Unlock your membership
After joining, open Liberty in your Whop account and choose Software. Copy the license key shown there, then paste it into the membership box on this site. Use the same Whop account you used to purchase.
Save and export a shortlist
Choose a trade, search by keyword or procurement number, and select Save beside relevant notices. Open Shortlist to see your saved items. CSV downloads open in spreadsheet apps. Shortlists stay on the device where you saved them.
Keep deadlines in your calendar
Calendar downloads give you a one-time copy of the displayed deadlines. For ongoing updates, choose Subscribe and add the private calendar link using your calendar app’s “subscribe from URL” option. Your calendar app decides when to refresh. Confirm the current deadline in the official bid documents before submitting.
Change or cancel your membership
Open your Whop memberships, choose Liberty, and manage your subscription there. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another charge. Cancellation does not submit a bid or change any procurement deadline.
Billing or access problems
Open your Liberty purchase in Whop for seller support and payment help. Include the issue you encountered and the notice number if relevant. Never share your license key in a public post.
A notice is missing or has changed
LibertyBid covers recent NYC City Record notices and open New Jersey state bids in NJSTART. NJ dates are bid opening times; check the official documents for response deadlines. Other portals and older opportunities may not appear. Agencies can amend or withdraw a notice. Use the official source link for the current documents, or contact the issuing agency using the details in those documents.
