What is included
We cover NYC City Record procurement notices published within the last 180 days that have an upcoming bid deadline. Where several notices share an agency and procurement number, we use the most recently published notice.
New Jersey coverage includes open state bid solicitations published through NJSTART by the Division of Purchase and Property. The listed dates are bid opening times. Confirm the response deadline in the official documents. This does not cover every New Jersey municipality, county, authority, or procurement portal.
Some opportunities are published on other portals, have no stated deadline, or were first published outside this period. They may not appear here. Trade categories help narrow your search. Always read the original documents to confirm eligibility, qualifications, site visits, amendments, and submission requirements.
Updates and deadlines
Each briefing shows when its notices were last checked. The issuing agencies control when new information becomes available. If we cannot confirm that notices are current, we show a warning and pause downloads and calendar updates until they can be checked again.
A calendar file is a one-time download. Subscribe using your private calendar link to receive later updates. Your calendar provider controls how often it checks for changes. Subscription links remain usable for one year while your membership is active. Keep these links private.
Your information
Your shortlist is saved in your browser on this device. Clearing this site’s browser data removes it. Whop handles payments, your purchase details, and membership management. We check your membership with Whop when you use member features and keep you signed in for up to seven days.
We do not sell your personal information. Hosting and payment providers may process request and transaction information under their own privacy policies. Public bid notices are separate from your membership details.
